Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within the UAE are:

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 2–4 business days
Other Emirates: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Smart Mart Online is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions
